Tasting Notes

Our Barrel Selection range celebrates the winemaking tradition of aging wine in premium oak barrels. These wines are generous full bodied wines with well-integrated oak influence and superior complexity.

AROMA & PALATE

Aromas of ripe stonefruits are complemented by the richness of figs and the nuttiness of roasted hazelnuts.

A full-flavoured Chardonnay which shows off ripe stonefruits and has a creamy texture thanks to the influence of malolactic fermentation. The wine is round and approachable and showcases classic Chardonnay intensity.

FOOD MATCHES

A versatile wine which will match such dishes as grilled veal with roasted winter vegetables.
