Sangiovese, Shiraz, Negroamaro and Sagrantino
Sourced from our Heritage Vineyard on the banks of Jacob’s Creek this blend of Sangiovese, Shiraz, Negroamaro and Sagrantino was harvested together on the 26th of February 2021 and fermented in a small closed fermenter. The winemaking philosophy was around minimal intervention as the individual attributes of each variety came together. Delivered is a balanced and characterful wine. After a short maturation in old oak barrels this wine has been bottled to be enjoyed in a youthful fruit driven style.
